WORK ETHIC. Do you have it? Do you want it? I started working on some projects this weekend and today. One is the completion of the blog (link in bio), among other things. My heart is SO FULL. Why? Because I'm back! . You see somewhere between being unemployed (by choice and God's leading), being a wife and a mom, being uninspired, worrying about finances, and stinking thinking I TOTALLY LOST ALL WORK ETHIC. . 🔥BUT GOD! I am believing GOD for a house. Not just any home either. One that is modern and big. I used to want it or the wrong reasons. But through process and JESUS, I now want it because I want ALL that GOD has for me here and in Heaven.  Are you believing GOD for a new home? . I went looking yesterday to an area that I have been desiring my family to move too. It has all the bells and whistles. Modern. Updated. Pretty lawns. Although, I have been through this neighborhood before, something felt different. It was cold and distant. Today has been one of those emotional roller coaster days. I heard a small, still voice say "You're bleeding. Bleeding while trying to lead." . What? I went through a range of emotions and countering negative thoughts with God's word for most of the day. The Lord led me to Matthew 14 tonight, and I pray it blesses you. . I LOVE this chapter. There is SO much going on with Jesus. John the Baptist is beheaded! The prophet who taught repentance and baptized the sinners. He baptized JESUS even! . Next, Jesus leaves after hearing that news. He wanted to be alone, but the crowds got whiff of where Jesus was headed, and followed Him. I LOVE JESUS response... "And when Jesus went out He saw a great multitude; and He was moved with compassion for them, and healed their sick....
